The nice food was a good touch. All of the staff were helpful, very friendly. The location was excellent in a lovely area, not far from centre of Pforzheim, and a lovely Italian restaurant Romulus. Also, Pforzheim Jewellery Museum was 3 km away.

The hotel is conveniently located just off a lovely Italian restaurant, the river, and the center of Pforzheim. the rooms are bright and beautiful with comfy beds and chandeliers, which is just what you need.

This charming hotel was a delightful place to stay for three nights, boasting exceptional rooms, beautiful decor, and safety features like smoke detectors, with a view of the courtyard.

The standard family room was spacious and had a nice touch with an electric kettle, central heating, and a multi-channel TV, the beds were extremely comfortable.

The value for money at Gala Hotel was great, considering the beautiful old building and spacious room with a kitchenette and big bathroom. The location near the river was nice, and the staff was very helpful.

All was fine during my stay.

The breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked bacon and eggs plus a nice buffet. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. The hotel is located close to a great Italian restaurant and there is a small car park for up to three motorbikes.

The hotel was not easy to find. The entrance was around the back and the old front of the building looked abandoned. On arrival, the bedroom was in a loft space with lots of stairs to navigate, and the room was chilly despite the radiator working. The bed was not comfortable with a canyon in between the two mattresses. The room was not inviting for a Christmas stay.
